2000 Jaguar XKR

The 2000 Jaguar XKR:

This 2000 Jaguar XKR was originally delivered to California, USA, and imported to the UAE in Dec 2020 by the 5th and current owner as a project and refurbished to its current state.

The car also has a Carfax report (provided above). Records show the vehicle was serviced at Hornburg Jaguar Land Rover Santa Monica CA until 2014.

The XKR was stripped back to bare metal and fully resprayed in its original factory British Racing Green by Abu Saed (@abusaed77) of Ready Car Auto Repair. It also has an aftermarket exhaust system by Mina Gallery. The wheels were rebuilt, stripped, and resprayed in Oyster Gold (factory color) by EFR Motorsports. New bolts, valves, and caps were used from PW Motorsport.

Engine:

• Eurotoys upper pulley (10% smaller)
• 3.5" cold air intake
• Bosch 010 intercooler pump
• Custom larger intercooler
• Walbro fuel pumps
• Timing chain and tensioners upgraded to gen 3 version
• Mina gallery under axle exhaust system
• Crankshaft bolt and seal by SNG Barrat group in preparation for a bigger lower supercharger pulley (not installed)

Suspension:

• Bilstein shocks
• H&R springs
• Powerflex anti rollbars bushings
• Powerflex upper control arms with new ball joints
• Powerflex roll bar, front and rear sway bar bushings
• Polyurethane upper shock mounts — Nov 2021

Brakes:

• Brembo brake package
• Goodridge braided brake lines
• Calipers painted racing yellow with the “R” logo
• EBC Yellow pads

Interior:

• The leather interior was redone in the factory oatmeal
• Custom embossed “R” Logo on the headrests
• Jagwrangler real-time gauge kit (gives accurate coolant temps)
• Boost gauge (can be removed on request)
• Factory radio with integrated Bluetooth system

Exterior:

• Grill mesh by Mina Gallery
• 4x Titanium bolt in valves and dust caps by PW Motorsport

The CarFax report indicates an accident report on November 5, 2011, where the XKR was involved in a rear-end collision with another motor vehicle, and airbags were not deployed. Past front damage was also reported on September 14, 2020. Damage was to the passenger headlight and front bumper. (Check history report for pictures). 

The current owner has since repaired all prior damage and replaced affected parts.

Seller's Notes:

• Reason for sale: To purchase an Aston Martin DB7
• Ceramic coated by Prestige Cars
• The check engine light is due to a faulty EGR valve and EVAP Emission sensor, which does not affect performance or emissions 
• All original stock parts are still available and will be sold with the car
• The ADNOC vehicle inspection for 2022-2024 shows a first-attempt pass for each year without any remarks
• The ABS module has been resoldered (to address a known issue with the X100)
• There is a minor door ding/dent
• The car is always parked underground
